- Abusive or threatening language and actions will not be tolerated – management has the right to evict certain guests immediately and with no refund.
- All guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult (21+). Do not leave small children unattended.
- No firearms, weapons (including slingshots or BB guns) or high-risk dogs (specifically pit bulls).

- No subletting is permitted - the occupant must be the registered guest.
- Guests are required to provide a credit card number for security purposes.
- No refunds, no exceptions.
SPEEDING
- Do not speed - follow the posted speed limits within the park at all times for everyone's safety and to help keep the dust down. Continued abuse of speeding rules will result in eviction from the park.
- Be especially careful when entering or exiting the front gate — 5 km per hour.
- Advise your own visitors to also follow the speed limits.
VEHICLES & PARKING
- Parking is not permitted in vacant sites - these may be reserved or rented at any time. Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. There are temporary parking spots available for guests to use.
- RV’s may not be parked sideways on the site – the RV must be parallel to the cement curb boundary.
- Only one RV unit per guest/per site is permitted.
- Management reserves the right to approve or reject any guest based on the age and/or appearance of their RV. Older RV's must be in sound working order, clean and well maintained.
- Extended stay guests are permitted to wash their RV’s from time to time (twice per year). Due to environmental issues all passenger vehicles and boats must be taken to a car wash facility.
- All RV's, boats and personal use vehicles must be able to be moved with a 24-hour notice. In the event of an emergency situation, guests must make provisions for this possibility.
- Thunderbird RV Park & Resort is an RV park therefore all units must maintain their identity as travel trailers and are required to be licensed and insured.
- Guests may keep two personal-use vehicles but they must be parked safely on their own site. Laneways are to be kept clear for maintenance and emergency vehicles at all times.
- Small boats which fit on your site may be permitted with prior approval at manager's discretion.
- Additional vehicles must be registered and paid for at the office. The parking lot is available to guests for large boat and RV storage - these vehicles are to be registered at the office before parking.
- No major engine or vehicle repair is permitted at the site. Specifically, no repair is allowed involving machine fluids and other environmentally hazardous materials.
- Vehicles are not to be left running polluting the area with noise and smell from exhaust fumes.
GUEST VISITORS
- Only registered guests are permitted in the park after 11:00 PM.
- Registered guests will be held financially responsible for the actions of their visitors.
- Visitor's vehicles must be parked either safely on the registered guest's site or in one of the temporary parking spaces.
- Ensure your visitors understand and follow the park rules for everyone's safety.
PETS
- Pets must be kept on a leash or otherwise restricted at all times while in the park.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended at any time.

- Guests who do not pick up after their pets may be subject to a $40 fine and/or expulsion from park.
- Do not allow your pets to bark excessively and disturb your neighbours.
- Pets are not permitted in the washrooms or laundry room except for trained animals engaged in
assisting their human partners
FIRES
- Fires are to be put out with water no later than 11:00 pm.
- Wood fires are permitted in most sites (except pull thru sites #46 - #53 – propane firepits are permitted).
- Do not move fire pits from their current location.
- Fires may not exceed .5 M (1 1/2 ft) high or wide and must be easily contained within the fire pits.
- Fires should never be left unattended.
- During the dry season, fires may be restricted or completely banned. Guests will be advised.
- We offer our guests the option of renting propane fire-pits for use during the dry season, in pull thru sites #46 - #52, or for guests that prefer a smoke-less fire. Guests must provide their own propane tanks.
SITE MAINTENANCE
- The large grey rocks designate the boundary line in each site. The end of your RV or vehicles must not extend over or beyond this boundary. Do not move the rocks as they protect the underground sprinkler heads which are active between 12:00 - 6:00 AM in all areas during the spring and summer seasons.
- Sites must be kept clean and neat at all times. Do not leave garbage in your site and ensure all recycling is put into the bins provided. Do not leave bags of bottles around the bins – this attracts undesirable wildlife attention and poses security issues.
- The grass area designated for your site (except for pull through sites #46 - #53) is for your use. However, you may not erect any fencing on the lawn and all lawn furniture is to be kept off the grass area when not in use for lawn maintenance.
- Skirting around the RV must be attached (preferably RV snap-on skirting) and/or an integral part of the unit. No large storage containers, sheds or outside garbage is permitted.
- No digging, ground planting (potted plants are permitted) or trimming of trees or bushes.
- Temporary clotheslines are permitted but may not be attached to the fencing along the roadside or the trees on the back-row. Clotheslines are to be taken down when not in use.
- No permanent structures are permitted. Do not build any form of structure on your site without prior approval from the Manager.
- Guests may set up their own satellite dish. All services including TV cable and internet are provided by the park. No outside providers or trades are permitted. Contact the office if you have any issues.
- Sewer connections must be airtight with proper fittings and clamps and will be inspected regularly.
Any guest or visitor who does not follow the above rules and conditions may be immediately asked to leave the park at the discretion of the Park Manager.
